The default FSX version of this base is very primitive and has even less detail than FS9 which was inaccurate in any case.
Note - As this is an active training base on weekdays and out of respect to the rules of the Pearce Flying Club, no photographs have been taken and all models are generic.
RAAF Gingin is a small airfield in Western Australia owned by the Royal Australian Air Force and used for pilot training. It is located approximately 40 kilometres north of RAAF Base Pearce, which also administers the airfield. There are no Air Force personnel based at Gingin but there is a caretaker and you need to sign in at the house when you land. It is also used by the Pearce Flying Club and civilian flying is restricted to club members on weekends. The club keeps some aircraft there.
