Location, Location, Location!

Just imagine you pressed "Y" on you keyboard in the flight simulator and you switched to Google Earth and with your joystick, moved the aircraft to exactly where you wanted, then went back to FSX and recorded your Latitude, Longitude and Altitude (Shift/z and subtract aircraft height), Then went into SBuilderX and added a lake exactly where it was meant to be, then went into Airport Design Editor and put an object exactly where it was supposed to be....

Well now you can!

FSUIPC Connection Kit by Peter Dowson (Schiratti website)

Install FSUIPC4 4.57 (zipfile) in your flight simulator to move the aircraft to the same place in all your programmes.  (Free)

With FSUIPC, you can connect "SBuilderX" and "Airport Design Editor" to the aircraft cursor in your simulator and move the  to the same location in both.

If all you ever do with it is remember where you finished your previous flight - this is a winner!

MyFsGoogleEarth Connection Kit - for FS9

And with this little tool, you can pull Google Earth cursor to the same location - great for accurate positioning of objects.

Freeware designed for FS9 but still works in FSX originally from here.  I have had no success with this in Windows seven and suggest FSGET (Google Earth Tracker for that)

FSX Google Earth Tracker - (FSGET) -for FSX

This works well with FSX and Windows 7.  It can be set to start automatically with FSX.  The first time you open it, open FSX and Google Earth first and from the system tray, create the Google Earth KML file.  As with My FSGoogleEarth, you must install FSUIPC first.  This programme also shows the path, other aircraft and ground vehicles in FSX.

GoogleEarth (Free but watch your usage or have an unlimited download account)

Alan's 1400 WA locations.  Unzip and open in Google Earth.  (Move it from temporary places to my places if you want to keep it)
